Our advanced program is designed to take your Jiu-Jitsu to the next level.  More complex variations of the fundamental techniques and drills are taught with an in-depth exploration of advanced Jiu-jitsu.

Our Pre-Jitsu program is for 4-7-year-olds and is designed to introduce our youngest students to Jiu-Jitsu and build coordination. The pre-Jitsu lessons are shorter, simpler and do not assume any previous Jiu-Jitsu experience. The curriculum includes fun games & interactive drills to teach movement, basic techniques and to build a strong foundation and understanding of Jiu-Jitsu. Pre-Jitsu kids will graduate to kids Jiu-Jitsu with instructor approval.

Our kids BJJ program teaches students the core fundamentals of Jiu-Jitsu.  The program includes both beginner and advanced techniques, drills & games. The kids will learn self-defense, discipline, and respect. Our kids classes are a great way to build self-confidence and social skills while having fun.

Our kickboxing classes offer instruction to adults of all skill levels. Coach Hector teaches kickboxing for fitness, self-defense, hobby, and sport. He can also prepare students to use striking for MMA purposes.  It’s a great stand-alone program or an excellent way to cross train and gain knowledge of other martial arts.
